(Republican Insider) – Rep. Steve Toth, a Republican from the great state of Texas, has now filed a piece of legislation known as HB 241, that calls for a forensic audit of the election results in the top 13 population counties in the state.
A new report from Gateway Pundit has the text of HB 241 for all of us to take a look at. Folks, this is the kind of thing every key battleground state in the election should be doing. Honestly, probably every state in the Union needs to have a forensic audit.
“AN ACT relating to a forensic audit of 2020 election results in certain counties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Title 16, Election Code, is amended by adding Chapter 280 to read as follows:
CHAPTER 280. FORENSIC AUDIT OF 2020 GENERAL ELECTION Sec. 280.001. FORENSIC AUDIT OF 2020 GENERAL ELECTION. (a) The governor, lieutenant governor, and speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint an independent third party to conduct a forensic audit of the general election that took place on November 3, 2020.
(b) The independent third party appointed under Subsection (a) shall audit every precinct in each county with a population of 415,000 or more.
(c) The audit under this section must begin not later than November 1, 2021, and be completed not later than February 1, 2022.
(d) Not later than March 1, 2022, the independent third party conducting the audit under this section shall submit a report to the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of representatives, and each member of the legislature detailing any anomalies or discrepancies in voter data, ballot data, or tabulation.
(e) This chapter expires April 1, 2022.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect immediately if it receives a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each house, as provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this Act takes effect on the 91st day after the last day of the legislative session.”
The counties in Texas that are included in the call for an audit are listed below:
Analyst Seth Keshel says those counties represent over half-a-million of the fake Biden votes. It’s pivotal that voters get on the ball and start blasting their representatives in Texas demanding they support this legislation.
We can get online and complain about voter fraud all day long, but we still have some power at our disposal and now is the time to use it.
Toth introduced this piece of legislation on Monday and decided to call it the “Texas Voter Confidence Act.”
“Prior to the special session, I met with constituents across District 15 in South Montgomery County. The Texas Voter Confidence Act is a product of those meetings and a direct request from the voters who sent me to Austin,” Toth went on to say. “Texans want to know more about the claims of voter fraud and deserve to have confidence in their elections.”
“The two-page bill would require an “independent third party” appointed by the governor, lieutenant governor, and the speaker of the Texas House to conduct a forensic audit of the general elections in counties with populations of more than 415,000 residents, which would cover 13 counties. The audit would have to begin by November 1 and be complete by February 1 of next year,” a report from The Texan said.
“Toth highlighted the instances of voter fraud that have been prosecuted by Attorney General Ken Paxton. While occurrences of fraud alleged by state officials are few in comparison to the total number of votes cast in Texas, the attorney general’s election integrity unit reported at a hearing in March that there are 510 alleged offenses against 43 defendants currently pending prosecution. In addition, there are almost 400 election fraud investigations under way. Jonathan White, the chief of the election fraud section, said that prosecutions are at an ‘all time high,'” the report continued.
Thanks, @GregAbbott_TX! We will prosecute voter fraud every time we find it. Currently our office has over 500 cases waiting to be heard in court. Voter fraud is real. Texans deserve to know their vote is legally and securely counted. #ElectionIntegrity #Fraud https://t.co/ZhUh8lpHri

Toth’s office also included a statement from County Judge Mark Keough of Montgomery County who is all in favor of HB 241.
“Representative Toth’s proposed bill is timely and necessary with a view to exposing any instances of fraud during the 2020 election and reassuring Texas voters that their votes were accurately counted,” Keough stated. “I fully support passage of this bill and look forward to the results of the audit.”
Democrats in the state of Texas have been working very hard to ensure that the United States does not pass legislation that would protect the integrity of our election system. In fact, they fled from the state during a special session to go to Washington, D.C. in order to try and block GOP voting bills.
The thing is, that might land them in some serious legal trouble. In fact, the Texas House has voted to send law enforcement officers out to arrest these Democrats as soon as they return home to Texas.
“The chamber approved asking law enforcement to arrest democrats who walked around to regain a quorum,” ABC13 reporter Nick Natario stated in his coverage. “Democrats also face other penalties, like losing leadership roles.”

Earlier in the day on Tuesday, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott stated that any Democrat lawmakers who left the state to try and impede Republican quorum to put together a special legislative session to tackle the issue of election reform would be arrested upon their return.
There are at least 58 Democratic members of the Texas House of Representatives that fled the state.
“The new bills, House Bill 3 and Senate Bill 1 will add new ID requirements for mail-in voting and ban some early voting – floor votes on both bills were expected to take place this week, but Democrats are fleeing in private jets to block the measures,” the GP report stated.
“The Democrats took a private plane — something most of their constituents can only dream of. The Democrats brought their own booze — another perk for the elitist lawmakers. And the Democrats are all maskless — something every American must wear on the plane,” the report revealed.
So it’s likely the left will try to do their worst to prevent HB 241 from passing. It’s critical that the folks who are in the state lay on their reps to support this bill and hold Democrats accountable for their actions, which are more or less an assault on our liberties.
